The festival aims to push the boundaries of what mime is and can be in the 21st century by inviting both established and emerging artists to share their work with a wider audience.

Mark 1-4 October – the dates for the 7th edition of GBG Mime Fest! The festival will offer audience members of all ages unique experiences of the multitude of mime expressions from companies and artists from Sweden, Czechia, Spain, Finland and France. Poetic, technically skilled, comic and experimental performances will during 4 days be presented alongside an extensive program of workshops and talks. Our stages this year are Aftonstjärnan, Folkteatern, Atalante, Dergårdsteatern, Konstepidemin and 3:e Våningen.

GBG Mime Fest är en festival som erbjuder högkvalitativ scenkonst med mimen som grund. Festivalens strävan är att tänja på gränserna av vad mim är och kan vara på 2000-talet genom att presentera nationella och internationella verk av både etablerade och up-and-coming artister.

Den 1–4 oktober slår vi upp portarna för GBG Mime Fest 2026. Den 7:e upplagan av festivalen bjuder in till unika upplevelser av mimkonstens vitt skilda universum med kompanier och artister från Sverige, Tjeckien, Spanien, Finland och Frankrike. Poetiska, hantverksskickliga, komiska och experimentella föreställningar blandas under 4 dagar med workshops, samtal, film och möten. Våra scener i år är Aftonstjärnan, Folkteatern, Atalante, Dergårdsteatern, Konstepidemin och 3:e Våningen.
